1. What this site is

ANIBACK.COM is a fan-made, independent ranking of anime titles. Fans add a title and back it with a paid vote; the board is ordered by the total backing each title has gathered. It is entertainment and promotion of the titles listed — nothing else.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any studio, licensor or rights holder. Anime titles and characters belong to their respective creators. We don't host, stream or distribute any anime content.

2. What you pay for

• Adding a title: a one-time payment that publishes your entry (title, emoji, studio, short note).
• Boosting a title: a one-time payment that adds to the backing already gathered by that entry.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in USD. The minimum amount is displayed in the vote form.
• Your payment is processed by our payment providers (card / bank transfer / crypto). We never see or store your card details.

Paid votes are promotional placements on a fan leaderboard. They don't grant any right over the anime, its brand or its content, and they don't buy any product other than the placement itself.

3. Refunds

• Once a vote is confirmed and published on the board, the payment is final and non-refundable — the placement has already been delivered.
• We do refund, in full, when: you were charged twice for the same order, you were charged an amount different from what was shown, or a technical failure on our side prevented your entry from being published.
• To request a refund, write to onlineanime@proton.me within 7 days of the charge with the order reference. We answer within 3 business days and refund through the same payment method.
• Crypto payments are processed by the crypto gateway and are final once the network confirms them.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in the entry being removed from the board.

4. Content rules

No hateful, sexual, illegal or impersonating content, and no titles you don't have the right to promote as your own official page. We may remove any entry (with the placement, without refund) if it breaks these rules or if we are required to by law.

5. Availability

This is an independent project provided "as is". We may change the rules, the minimum amounts or the board at any time, and we may close the site. If we close it before the end of a period you already paid for, we refund the affected amounts.

6. Privacy

We store only what the board needs: the entry you publish and the payment reference of your order (no card data). We don't sell or share personal data. Payment data is handled by our payment providers under their own policies.
